Stanley Picker Gallery Curatorship
Stanley Picker Gallery at Kingston University is dedicated to the commissioning of innovative new practice across art and design, forming part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio and supported by the Stanley Picker Trust. With our renowned Stanley Picker Fellowships at our core, we operate as an ‘expanded studio’ generating a programme that engages the widest possible audiences, students, staff and local communities.
The Person
We are currently seeking to recruit our next Stanley Picker Gallery Curatorship for an 18-month period leading up to our 30th anniversary in 2027. You will have an enthusiastic and ‘hands-on’ practical approach to all aspects of the role, working as part of a small dynamic team to deliver an innovative programme that enhances the local, national and international reputation of the Stanley Picker Gallery as part of Kingston University.

The Faculty
Kingston School of Art (KSA) has a strong heritage. Since its origins in the late 19th century it has established an exceptional reputation and become one of the UK’s leading art and design educational institutions.

This is a full time (37 hours per week), fixed term position for 18 months with a starting salary of £39,407 per annum.
