This isn't your typical graduate role. It's a permanent opportunity to launch your career in Higher Education.

As part of our Graduate intake, you'll join a team within the Directorate for Students, helping to deliver services, projects and initiatives that enhance the student experience and support student success.

No two days are the same. Depending on your role, you could be supporting students with enquiries, coordinating projects, analysing data and insights, using system management tools, developing communications using multiple channels, improving services and processes, engaging directly with students, or collaborating with colleagues across the University to bring new ideas to life.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll take on real responsibility, build your confidence, and develop skills in data management, data system management, customer service, stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving and service delivery.

Whether you are looking to build a long-term career in Higher Education or gain transferable skills that open doors across a range of sectors, these roles provide an excellent foundation for your future.

For the details of roles available, please refer to the full job details. As part of the application, you will order the advertised roles according to your preference.

The Person

We're looking for ambitious graduates who are ready to learn, grow and make an impact.

You'll bring energy, curiosity and a commitment to delivering an excellent experience for students and colleagues. A confident communicator and collaborative team player, you'll enjoy building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of your work.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, ability to work with large data sets, adapt to new challenges and be keen to develop your skills through feedback and experience. Most importantly, you'll share Kingston University's values of being Enterprising, Innovative, Inclusive and Ambitious, and be excited by the opportunity to help shape the student experience.

Directorate/Function

The Students’ Directorate key aim within the Townhouse strategy is to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for all current and future students to ensure they are “sought after”, supporting their participation, achievements and success before, during and after their time at Kingston.

Further information

These graduate roles are all full time, permanent positions with a starting salary of £30, 067.

Eligibility

  • Recruitment for the 2026/2027 cohort is open to all graduates who have achieved at least a 2:2 degree in any subject in the past two years (between May 2024 and August 2026).
  • You do not need to be a graduate of Kingston University London.

Under the current UK Immigration Rules, roles on the Graduate Scheme do not meet eligibility requirements for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa.  This means the University would not be able to sponsor candidates for the Graduate Scheme for a Skilled Worker visa.  So if you require immigration permission to work in the UK, you would need permission in an alternative immigration route that permits working in a role on the Graduate Scheme.  Graduate Route visa holders would have the necessary immigration permission to work in Graduate Scheme roles, but the University would not be able to sponsor you for a Skilled Worker visa on the expiry of your Graduate Route visa.

The Assessment Process

Stage 1: Submit your application form by 9 November 2026. Please refer carefully to the skills and competencies required. We would encourage you to use examples from your studies, hobbies, travel, personal life, or work opportunities, or from any other relevant areas. As part of your application, please order the advertised roles according to your preference.

Stage 2: If you are successful at the application stage, you will be invited to an assessment day on Tuesday 24 November 2026 where you'll take part in a variety of assessed activities.

Stage 3: If successful at assessment centre, you will be invited to attend an in-person individual interview with a hiring panel.
