Kingston School of Art is looking to recruit a Faculty Executive Support Coordinator who will provide experienced, professional and confidential executive support for assigned members of the Faculty Leadership Team (FLT). The postholder will need to work flexibly as part of the Faculty Office team in ensuring a seamless service is provided to Faculty Leadership.

The role is varied with multiple responsibilities and requires the post holder to provide proactive support, general office and estates management and to undertake project work as required.

This is a key role supporting day-to-day functioning of the faculty.

The Person

Ideally you will have had some previous experience in working as a PA in Higher Education.  You will be organised, methodical and flexible in your approach, with meticulous attention to detail and extensive organisational skills.  Collaboration is key and you will be required to ensure an excellent level of service is provided to senior staff.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum.
