Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Partner
This is a new role reporting directly to the Head of Policy, Organisational Effectiveness. The role will manage the successful delivery of our equality, diversity and inclusion projects and initiatives, and work with a team of HR Consultants, who specialise in organisational design.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and Shared Services teams to help design pragmatic EDI solutions that have significant impact against existing plans and future ambitions.
You will be qualified to first degree level or equivalent and will hold expert knowledge in EDI and have achievements in applying successfully for equality accreditations, charter awards and external recognition schemes.
You will have excellent diagnostic and facilitation skills. You will have an understanding of performing against the HR Business Partner model. You will be able to confidently extract, analyse and interpret data to produce reports as well as recommendations suitable for discussion at the senior management level. You will have excellent decision making and organisational abilities including an ability to manage priorities and workloads and work under pressure. As a member of our team, you will be self-motivated and have a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively.

The HR directorate comprises of specialist areas all providing a wide range of support and information for potential, new and existing staff. The HR team includes the following sections:
HR Leadership Team
Talent Management (including Learning and Development)
HR Shared Services (including case management and Occupational Health)
Our professionals give high level support across the University along with responding to day to day queries from all areas and staff. In addition, they ensure our policies and procedures provide suitable frameworks to enable staff to operate successfully during their employment at Kingston University.

This is a permanent, full time position.
