Director of Strategic Projects Office
The Strategic Projects Office is a new Department for the University, that has been established to strengthen our ability to implement the Town House Strategy and associated strategic change projects. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of the SPO will lead the office responsible for successful delivery of strategic projects, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved, in budget and within timescales and to required quality standards. The role will include establishing, owning and providing ongoing assurance for an aligned way of working and delivering programmes and projects across the University.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading PMOs within complex environments, with significant experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, operational and strategic management, including policy adherence and development, risk frameworks, and compliance. They will also have proven skills in negotiation and influencing outcomes.

This role is a permanent position with a competitive starting salary of £93,598.
