Assessment Centre Delivery Lead
Are you passionate about creating impactful development experiences and working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver innovative programmes at scale? Kingston University is seeking an Assessment Centre Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Future Skills programme, helping undergraduate students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their future careers.
As Assessment Centre Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of Development Day events for second year undergraduate students. Working closely with academic colleagues, employers, alumni and professional services teams, you will develop engaging assessment centre-style experiences that reflect current graduate recruitment practices and provide meaningful development opportunities for students.
This is a varied role that combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You will lead the development of delivery frameworks and assessment approaches, coordinate complex stakeholder relationships, oversee event delivery, monitor progress and risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a high-quality and consistent experience for students, employers and academic partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a large-scale university initiative, influence stakeholder engagement across the institution and make a lasting impact on student experience and graduate success. See job description for full details.
