This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate the organisation, delivery, evaluation and development of our successful Academic Mentoring programme. The programme contributes to our KPIs and Access and Participation Plan and participants have up to 16% higher progression rates despite lower average tariff points. 150 level 5/6 students are recruited, trained and supported to facilitate the learning of around 1200 level 4 students in 26 courses, and we aim to expand to 30 courses this year. The programme is structured differently in each faculty, from timetabled peer assisted study sessions (PAL/PASS), buddy schemes, embedded in learning and teaching and e-mentoring.
